Rotary immersion drum washers are designed to combine spray and immersion washing using aqueous detergents at a temperature of 70°C maximum. All machines are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and are used for one or two wash treatments.
These machines function thanks to the basket’s motorised rotation around its horizontal axis and they are suitable for washing small complex parts with internal tubes and blind holes. To operate, the user loads the basket into the system. Throughout the process the basket rotates 360°, exposing all surfaces to the full power of the cleaning jets.
The parts’ washing occurs in 3 phases: immersion washing, spray washing and spray rinsing. They can be customised to match each customers specifications, and can be rented, purchased and maintained by Turbowash.
