We recently worked with an engineering company who wanted to remove surface rust from cast iron parts.

The parts below were submerged in an ultrasonic MOT150N tank for 20 minutes at 70°. After ultrasonic cleaning the parts were rinsed in tap water and then removed and sprayed with WD40 to prevent flash rusting.
