We have been working with a customer in the Food industry to find a solution to clean their small plastic fruit boxes. These crates are used to feed a packing line. The sugary juices from the fruit build up on the plastic boxes and need to be cleaned regularly.

The boxes must be maintained and cleaned to a very high specification to conform with hygiene standards within this industry. While these boxes do not look particularly dirty, the corners and frames get clogged with sugary liquid. We used a TW910 spray wash to clean the boxes and then a fresh water rinse cycle is actioned to remove any wash residue from the crates.
