For cleaning very heavy parts (that exceed 100kg) a gantry crane is used as a lifting solution overhead the ultrasonic tanks. The crane is made up of a carbon steel beam and structural aluminium. It is built for the automatic movement of the basket or racks in different working positions with horizontal and vertical movements of variable speed.

The cleaning system that incorporates a gantry trolley is custom made for large weight and volume parts that need a high quality cleaning processes. They are designed according to the clients requirements, they are very robust and functional.
