We are currently working with a customer in the Rail Industry who are using 2 ultrasonic tanks to clean railway moulds. 

They were having difficulties removing residues that adhered to the moulds. It was affecting the quality of their product, making it difficult to extract and maintain tolerances in the parts, and therefore was increasing production waste. Ultrasonic cleaning has helped them enormously, the dirt that had amalgamated on the surface and hallows of the moulds is now being completely removed. 

This improved process has reduced their cleaning time by 80%, reduced their waste and lowered costs, due to savings in manual washing times.
