We recently installed an Anilox Roller ultrasonic cleaner in a healthcare packaging solutions company. They are going to use it to clean rollers and anilox sleeves that accumulate oil, water and UV based ink.

The accumulation of ink causes a progressive deterioration of the cells in the anilox roller which can affect the print quality. The machine is specially designed to clean four anilox rollers at a time. It has a touch screen control panel which is both functional and intuitive. This machine also has a rinse area where chemical can be rinsed off with a clean water gun.
