The ultrasonic cleaning tank TT3000N is being used in a wheel shop for parts cleaning and degreasing train axles. 

The photos show before and after cleaning. The tank temperature was set at 60 Celsius and two axles are cleaned within 10 minutes. The customer can now clean 10 axles per day and has reduced cleaning time by 5 hours per axle. They have eliminated their backlogs in this area allowing them to get trains back on the tracks faster!
