This four stage fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning system arrived safely in Ireland last week. It was custom made for an MRO company in the Aviation Industry who will use it to clean jet engine blades.

The 4 stages include;

An ultrasonic tank

Hot rinsing tank 1

Hot rinsing tank 2

Drying tank

It has an automatic transfer for the movement of baskets between tanks, with horizontal and vertical movements of variable speed. It also has a loading and unloading zone with space for three baskets.
