Turbowash supplies the @Magido Platinum parts cleaning system for Purchase or Rental. This system offers a simple solution for cleaning critical parts with complex geometry, especially those with internal bores and passages where soils and oils can get trapped. 

The system is designed with separate wash/rinse stages that deliver direct spray impingement, hydraulic purging through immersion and rotational agitation. Each process stage has an independent fluid tank, high-speed drain actuator, circulation pump, and spray manifold to minimise potential cross contamination to achieve a superior cleaning performance. 

The cleaning process has 4 stages;

Stage 1 – The internal basket rotates and the parts are sprayed with a heated parts washer solution from the optimised jet-spray nozzles. 

Stage 2 – The cleaning chamber fills with solution and submerges the parts as powerful underwater jets continuously flush away soils and oils. The continuous drum rotation insures that complex bore holes and blind passages are thoroughly cleaned. 

Stage 3 – In the rinse stage the internal basket rotates as the parts are sprayed with heated rinse water. 

Stage 4 – The drying cycle can be either air blow off or heated dryer. This stage is optional.

The company that purchased this washer is using it to clean roto-mold inserts. They absolutely love it!
